| 3. | The actual build time usually takes about 3 months for every 1500 square foot of air conditioned space in your new home. Example: if your new home is approximately 4500 square feet of air conditioned space, construction should take about 9 months until you can move in to your new home. Of course, everything is dependent on the complexity of the project. |
